1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to Narreel, an AI-assisted video creation workspace operated by JN TechCorp LLC. By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, purchasing credits, or using Narreel, you agree to these terms.

If you are using Narreel on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information.

Narreel may require email verification, identity checks, or additional review for sensitive features such as cloned voices, high-volume generation, billing changes, or company administration.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance and plan-specific limits. Credits are consumed by generation, editing, publishing, and other paid operations according to Narreel billing rules shown in the product or account area.

Extra credits are separate one-time purchases and do not expire unless otherwise stated at purchase. Auto Top-Up, if enabled, authorizes Narreel to charge the saved payment method when your credit balance reaches the configured threshold.

Subscription credits are granted after payment is confirmed. Failed payments, chargebacks, cancellation, or suspected abuse may pause paid features, scheduled jobs, or high-cost operations.

4. User content and generated output

You retain ownership of scripts, prompts, uploaded assets, recordings, logos, products, and other materials you submit, subject to rights you grant Narreel to process, store, transform, and display them for the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to upload, clone, reference, or generate content from any person, brand, product, voice, image, video, audio, or third-party material.

AI-generated output may be imperfect, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos, captions, metadata, thumbnails, voices, and assets before publishing.

5. Voice cloning and consent

Voice cloning and similar identity-sensitive features require clear consent from the person whose voice is submitted. Narreel may require sample audio, consent recordings, legal name, administrative review, and provider review before enabling a cloned voice.

You may not clone, impersonate, misrepresent, or use a voice without the proper rights, permissions, and disclosures required by law and platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Narreel to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, or harmful content, or to violate platform rules, privacy rights, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights.

You may not bypass credit limits, plan limits, safety controls, provider policies, authentication, billing checks, rate limits, or administrative restrictions.

7. Third-party providers

Narreel uses third-party providers for payments, AI generation, storage, authentication, email, and related infrastructure. Your use of Narreel may involve processing by those providers under their own terms and policies.

Provider availability, latency, safety review, rate limits, model behavior, and output quality may vary. Narreel may change providers or routing to improve quality, cost, reliability, or safety.

8. Service availability and beta features

Some Narreel features may be experimental, beta, or under active development. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product evolves.

Narreel is provided as available. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific generation times, exact provider output, or error-free results.

9. Suspension and termination

Narreel may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, abuses credits or providers, disputes valid charges, or compromises the service.

You may stop using Narreel at any time. Subscription cancellation terms, refunds, retained credits, and project retention are governed by the account and billing settings shown at the time of cancellation.
